The casual vibes and laid-back atmosphere of this 15th-floor home set the tone for a relaxing stay, while free WiFi helps you stay connected with everyone back home. With the De'Longhi combination drip coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker, you can brew up a satisfying beverage while whipping up a delicious dish in the well-equipped kitchen and then kick back on the balcony as you watch the waves roll in. You won't find a better view anywhere! Book your stay today and start making memories in style! Things to Know Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is 55 dollars per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Our building needs repair to correct the effects of water migration into the concrete walls, balconies, and walkways throughout the building. These repairs are necessary for the health of the building.
