The Breakfast was good and the room was fair. We requested the sheets to be changed because they were not. When we returned from dinner the front desk told us they had left the sheets on the bed. They didn't even change the sheets we had to make the beds ourselves. Once we removed the top sheets, we noticed some blood stains on the bottom sheet, so we didn't sleep in that bed. It was the bed nearest to the patio. The location of the hotel was great and good parking.

The city’s most recognizable landmark is the Hotel del Coronado, a wooden Victorian beach resort, now a National Historic Landmark. Also great for shopping are Horton Plaza and the boutiques in the beachfront neighborhoods.
The city’s most famous attraction is its zoo in Balboa Park, a few blocks from San Diego International Airport. If you're a smoker you may as well stay away from San Diego, the beaches were crowded and not a lot of places to sit. Everything is expensive. A few good points were there were a lot of restaurants, there was I believe a couple of amusement parks but we didn't attend those. Mission Bay has a lot of really cool seashells if you love to hunt for seashells

Very friendly city, with lots of very good facilities.
Very friendly city, with lots of very good facilities.
But things quite expensive.
As with a lot of places visited worldwide, travellers arriving at airport get ripped off by taxi drivers taking them from airport to hotel.
Rates ought to be clearly displayed so travellers can then make their choice.

The city appears clean, uncluttered, with lots of green space, beautiful flowering shrubs, flowers, palm trees, and beaches. We've visited before; this time we were in town for graduation at Point Loma Nazarene University, and enjoyed our stay. Balboa Park is amazing, and we attended an organ concert there last time.
I was in San Diego for a conference in the convention center. I was looking for an affordable place which is close to the center. With this accommodation I found exactly what I wanted. My room was really big and offered everything I needed. Also that the hotel is situated in the gaslamp quater was really nice, since you did not have to walk too far at night after dinner and drinks. Finally, I think the staff is doing a really great job! They were super nice and helpful, always in a good mood and made you a feel safe and welcome.
The hotel is in a safe area in San Diego downtown. The streets were all walkable and it is very close to the San Diego Convention Centre (15 min walk). It is a 5 min walk from the gaslamp area and close to many restaurants and shops. It is just a 10 min ride from the airport. The staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was great! The lobby area was beautiful. This room is good for a 1-2 day work-related stay.
Location is great if you want to be in downtown San Diego. There is a good coffee shop on the corner and the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from tons of restaurants and the waterfront. Close to the airport too if you have an early flight, as we did. It was clean and comfortable, I was impressed especially given the price. Staff was super accommodating, allowed us to check in 2 hours early + store our luggage and was super nice about it!
A magnificent hotel location (harbor view side) with a panorama and most picturesque view of San Diego which includes the downtown cityscape, Coronado Bay Bridge, the bay itself, and a moored aircraft carrier at North Island along with its military helicopters and planes. Also of significance were the presence of a plethora of every type of watercraft, including massive Navy ships transiting the Bay.
Location is great if you want to visit a lot of places in San Diego since the nearby Old Town Transit Center will get you anywhere in a short amount of time. There's even a free airport shuttle bus that stops right next to the hotel.
There's a small pool that is available from 7 AM to 10 PM so you can can even go for a swim in the evening.
Rooms are decent, no real complaints there...
Convenient location; easy in and out. Excellent service from bellman and front desk (Chris). Food availability in the hotel. Close to Gaslamp district, San Diego zoo, Petco stadium and Seaport Village. Amazing view from room. Liked the in room safe and complimentary water daily. Comfortable beds. Pool, deck with ping pong table, fooseball and corn bag toss games.
Wonderful hotel, modern art niveau style hotel with industrial design touches. Nice, spacious rooms with comfortable big beds. Location is walking distance to the nice areas in San Diego, such as Little Italy, the Gaslamp District, Balbao park, and, a little bit further but still at walkable distance, the very cosy Hillcrest area.
The inn is located in the hotel circle which makes it accessible to attractions in San Diego. We chose this facility specifically for the outdoor amenities. We brought food back and were able to eat at the tables near the pool. There are two restaurants on the property so it's very convenient. There is also a nearby liquor store.
This hotel is on the beach. There is nice area with sunbeds and chillin with ocean view. Beach is long so you can enjoy long walks. In the hotel you can borrow surfs, boogie boards for free. Hotel is next to the lifeguard headquarter so you can feel very safe. Nice places to eat are in walking distance.
The historic decor and architecture of this hotel marries olden beauty with a touch of haunting intrigue. Join a free ghost tour, eat brunch in the courtyard, or enjoy drinks at the Salt and Whiskey bar. This hotel is a perfect getaway spot in the lovely Gaslamp District of San Diego.
Just stay somewhere else, I heard Hotel Circle is nice in San Diego. This place isn't worth the price, for the amenities that are falsely advertised. Honestly, they're are alot of shady residents that live at this motel as well. Too much traffic and late night owls.
The location of hotel is perfect. Easy and fast check in. The staff was great. Very nice and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Will return to hotel when we come back to San Diego. Worth the money spent. Great rate. Not expensive at all.
The hotel is recently renovated, and the room looks very good.
The bed is very comfortable, and the room is really spacious.
We've used it as our 'base' to visit San Diego and it was a short ride to the Zoo or the port.
I liked the layout, no long halls to walk to the room. Secure parking access on site right below hotel. Large breakfast area/lobby. Good coffee! Location is ideal for walking downtown San Diego or hopping on the train.
Overall I found my stay to be very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff was kind and friendly. I would definitely come back to the Days Inn at Hotel Circle in San Diego.
The facilities available and the space of the site that the hotel is located on, on the beach around the lake. It is a well kept site and all parts including rooms are very clean.
