The parking was always easy and as close as could possibly be on the corner where the house is located. The hosts were present for our arrival and were genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed. They were very quick to respond to all communications. We found the Penthouse to be peaceful, quiet, and safe. We were centrally located for many of the vacation attractions on our bucket list. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen is well-appointed. There is a nice electric tea kettle with settings for different types of tea and a Keurig coffee maker with a wide variety of coffee. These items were great to have!
