United States of AmericaI love the room, the view and the room service food. But I have payed for a high floor with park view and I expected to have a higher floor then the one the hotel gave me. I have asked for a higher floor and was informed that they were closed. Not nice for an expensive hotel. Should have payed for a lower floor and would have get thesame view.
