The front desk clerk Melissa was phenomenal. She so extremely polite and professional. When I had a concern she listened intently and was very empathetic. I was stressed out and emotional about my long 4hr drive, and moving my son into his college dorm room for the 1st time. I appreciate her calm and comforting demeanor. Easy to get to, very quiet, nice landscaping. Easy to check in, both my dogs (one service) were very comfortable.
