This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I just needed a place to stay for one night close to the airport. This place fit the bill and was very charming and comfortable as well. The room was small but very comfortable. The hotel is in a small village with its own pub and restaurant. It sits on a canal which provided an opportunity for a beautiful walk in the evening. Very nice!

The staff were very friendly. Reception staff stayed open a little as we were running late for check in. This was much appreciated. Cute room with lovely colours and a bath and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was large and was great for both someone who loves haggis and black pudding and also a pescatarian or vegetarian.

A home away from home. Fantasic location easy access to the city, down quaint country lanes and villages. Perfect. I wanted to settle in and stay for a week totally recommend. Fantastic food, great staff, comfortable room.
