Lots of hot water for the shower. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, full English if you wished with other options as well. The food in the pub was excellent as was the beer. A very cute, picturesque old country pub. We stayed in the family room and absolutely loved it - our daughter was crazy about the very spacious bunk beds and we enjoyed the really comfy double. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, the staff were excellent throughout - we loved it and will definitely be back! 15 minutes from The Farmer's Dog, 20 minutes from the gym comp we needed to get to in Carterton, an excellent location.
