Excellent hotel & Excellent staff

The place is pretty centric, close to Schwedensplatz metro, also the bus to the airport (VAL) is in the same block. They offer a pretty standard continental breakfast, overall is good. The room was small but comfy and the bathroom is good as well.

Fantastic location and easy ascess to the center of the city and Elisabeth Bridge. Stunning, modern, and comfortable rooms that have everything that you need to rest and enjoy your time in Budapest. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, breakfast and helpful stuff

Location is super! Accessible from Tube

Everything! This is the best hotel I have stayed at in all of Europe

Very Spacious room, bed was very comfortable, nice bathroom setup, and good size tv! The host was very helpful and responsive, Was a great place to stay because you can’t beat the location, it’s right by a ton of things that you would love to do in Vienna. Overall a 10/10 and would definitely stay here once I visit Vienna again!

It’s indeed a holy and historical place to stay in 🙏🏻😇 Church on the first floor , Mozart played and lived in this house and church too 🎼🤩😇❤️ Enjoyed my stay ❤️🙏🏻😇

Location is EXCELLENT. Close to everything! The room was also EXCELLENT. Very clean and modern and comfortable and private. It felt very secure too. I had concerns about this place initially since I read a lot of negative reviews, but I didn't experience any issues. From earlier reviews I anticipated thay the entrance was difficult to find, but everyone that gave instruction and mentioned taking the lift just inside the building to the 2nd floor really helped! We went right to it! The front desk person, Jenny was very sweet and kind, and the manager (I'm not sure his name) was also very kind and helpful. Also, they use a shampoo/hand soap/ body lotion brand called Olivia, from Greece and it's AMAZING. Very hydrating. I immediately went to Amazon and bought some.. Believe in a negative reviews came from a time when they were renovating (renovations now complete). But honestly, the place was perfect to us. They also provided champagne and chocolates on arrival, such a nice touch!

It is absolutely close to everything It's very quiet and very clean. The staff is very helpful and always with a smile on their face.

The check in was easy, staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was amazing and there are a complete facility such as little communal kitchen

Our stay was excellent! The apartment has all the facilities for a comfortable stay, location is great.

Beautiful property snd great location

The room was very cozy and clean. It had everything you needed for your stay—towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and slippers. In the morning you can drink coffee in your room. Also, you can drink coffee near the reception (it’s free!). Employees from the reception are very friendly and helpful. They have a luggage room so you can leave your luggage after check-out. To the Stephansplatz only 2 minutes for a walk!

Everything! It was the perfect room and perfect location. The self checkin and out system was amazing. There are also staff in the office if needed which was helpful because they can look after the luggage for a few hours after checkout. There were some earbuds next to the beds but we didn't even need them.. excellent

Extremely gracious staff and the property was central. Very good breakfast too.

Cleanliness and boutique service

Everything! It’s a really good place. When I return to Vienna I will surely stay there again. I really love it
