The staff at the hotel were brilliant. Kim in particular went above and beyond for us. She had super recommendations for cafes and tourist attractions and was able to source us tickets for the Opera last minute (which she did outside of her working hours). The other best thing about the hotel is the location, it's very central, clean and safe. It felt like everything was within walking distance.

We loved our stay! Perfect location, our room was very spacious and comfortable. Very elegantly decorated, very clean. We had windows facing the street so we could hear the street sounds which were pleasant and not noisy. When we wanted to sleep we closed the double sound proof windows and it was completely silent. The bathroom was super comfortable. The bed was huge and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and come back here!
