I am a frequent guest and they never dissapoint

Very nice and beautiful hotel. They give sparkling wine on check-in and in the room. The breakfast was amazing.

Design and room size are EXCEPTIONAL

Absolutely loved our room. The hotel feels swanky, but not fussy. Everything is so well thought out for maximum comfort. Our room was spacious, had amazing views out of floor to ceiling windows. Beds were perfection, plush pillows and bedding. Bathroom was so nicely arranged and loved the lighting options. Staff were super kind and helpful, and FUN! Top floor bar is a must for a gorgeous view with your evening refreshments. All hotels should be like this one!

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, nice location, breakfast has many options but limited for vegetarians.

Staff was very helpful and amazing. Delicious Breakfast! Fantastic location!

Felt comfortable and safe. Smooth walk and easy transportation to into city center/major sites.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly large and extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products. I also loved the view, especially from the balcony—it was beautiful and very relaxing. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I liked the spick and span room that I was given for my three-night stay.

The room was delightful, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Reception was very helpful.

I was in the area for a parkrun. (5K race). The Innsbruck pass I was provided was incredibly helpful. The front desk staff were always able to answer my questions. Breakfast was amazing!

Excellent location, good sized room and clean

Such a lovely place! This is our third stay in Innsbruck in a relatively short period, and Pradl Elf is my favorite! The apartments are very conveniently located next to Sillpark, at the end of the main street in Pradl, within a relaxed 20-minute walk to the center of Innsbruck. The rooms are nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Our room had a small terrace overlooking a small garden. The staff is very friendly and professional. They send all the necessary information for a smooth check-in.

A very beautiful and cozy hotel. The staff and owner are very nice and they put so much care into every detail. The place has a warm cottage ambience, with lots of beautiful flowers on the balconies and stunning views of the mountains and an old church, that makes you live in reality the dreamy scenes from a movie in Austria. It is only a short walk from the hotel to the historic Schloss Ambras, and there is a stop for the light railway line #3 (tram or street-car, whatever you call it) next to the hotel which takes you to the hauptbahnhof and city centre in just 10 minutes. There is also a bank right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing view!

Very nice staff and good breakfast.

Very close location to everything

The hotel was nicer than expected given the price. The breakfast is well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is in a quiet residential area, there is a large market very near, the Olympic stadium is a 5 min walk, and about 30 min walk or 10 min drive to the town center.

Fantastic location and space. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get around the city.

Great location, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast and staff. The fitness room was also nice to have available.

The location is a 3 minute walk directly from the train station, every room has beautiful floor to ceiling windows with stunning views, our bathrooms had heated floors, and our suite had a wonderful panoramic view of the city and the alps, coffee in bed watching the sunrise was an exceptional way to start each day, and a visit to the spa every evening was a tranquil way to relax and recharge. The staff, all of them from front desk to housekeeping to bar/restaurant were superb! They took amazing care of us, including special touches and assistance for my daughter who was sick, and a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner and party!

Stage 12 – Hotel by Penz is perfectly located in the heart of Innsbruck, with a very unique and stylish entrance. The hotel has direct access to RathausGalerien, and all shopping options and groceries are just steps away, which made everything extremely convenient. The property itself feels luxurious, with great facilities including a spa area, gym, and a lovely bar. The room was on the smaller side but very cozy, and the balcony was huge with a beautiful mountain view – definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese, organic jams, and more. Boiled and scrambled eggs were included, while fried eggs were available for an extra charge. The reception team was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. The cable car to the top of Innsbruck is less than a 10-minute walk, and the river is also very close, with plenty of great restaurants around. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in an ideal central location, and I would happily stay here again.

Location was excellent close to restaurants and shops , the breakfast great and many options of food and fruits every thing fresh, the staff very friendly and I said thank you ( MARVIN ) he was friendly and helpful.
