The hotel is in the most amazing location! The room was very clean and fresh! It was huge with a table and chairs as well as a spa bath! There was a separate shower and kitchenette with a fridge. The bed was really comfortable and the views even from the windows were absolutely beautiful!! The hotel is older, but we were there to enjoy each other's company and go for long walks on the beach and to see the many lovely sights Cottesloe has to offer. There are many different eating options inside a two minute walk, from healthy lifestyle eating to good pub food, even an Asian café. Great coffee opportunities everywhere! The hotel brought back my childhood holiday excitement vibes. We absolutely loved the hotel and will definitely book it again!! Oldie, but absolutely a goodie👍😃💕

Clean, spacious, lovely rooms, great bar

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the facilities are pleasant, clean, and contemporary. However, the gym is lacking in equipment, with only a bicycle and a treadmill available.

The old building attached to the hotel, where Julio cafe is situated. Breakfast is served there, and it is really good.

Nice inexpensive hotel with a beautiful cosy pub with real fireplaces downstairs. Shared bathrooms only, but they are nice and clean. Warm vibe of the old historical building. Parking is not on site, but near Bottle-O nearby, not enclosed. Overall, a comfy stay.

Great location, close to shops and perfect walking distance to RSC Arena. Our second stay here we will definitely stay here again when we come to Perth again. Staff are always very friendly and helpful on check in. Beds and pillows are super comfy.

There is a pool and a spa with a bar next to it that is just unbelievable and I loved it

Great Charming Hotel. Huge private balcony was great! Good restaurants around. If the weather is good, train station is about 1/2 a mile easy walk from Hotel. We used the train to go directly to Freemantle.

Well designed and very lovely space and rooms were scented too! Captured the essence of Freo really. Amenities were also provided and we enjoyed the quietness of the space! The welcome snacks by their neighbour bakery was also really a sweet touch, and the freshly ground coffee was amazing!

A wonderful hotel. Loved the interior design. Felt immediately calmer entering the hotel and our river 249 degree Swan Tiver views were breathtaking. Great getaway fior relaxing and exploring Perth CBD. Totally recommend.......just stunning.
