Good location close to the centre of Box Hill and across the park from the hospitals, the rooms are tiny (I'm 6'3") but livable. Please note, check if you need an accessible apartment. This one would be no good for wheelchairs, no rails on the toilet. I'm guessing the accessible room is not what I was placed in. Please ASK directly before booking an accessible room. Some with a big balcony, great soft beds, and a nice, clean, well-maintained place Good set up for a simple kitchen with a conv/microwave and a hotplate, not many cooking pots and pans if you want to banquet, but great for the basic Bacon, egg and cheese toasters or steak n chips.

Nunawading Burvale Hotel is within 5 minutes' walk of tram stops, shops and services. It is 7 minutes' drive from Bellbird Private Hospital.

Rooms were of excellent size, no crowding at all. Very clean throughout though being of the 'older generation' we found it hard to climb into the bath for a shower.

The view was incredible. Location amazing right near food, train. Facilities were fantastic. Kids loved the pool, gym and sauna. Host was so responsive and helpful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean.
