Clean, private, fully equipped apartment for long-term stays, great views, secure parking, close to shopping , restaurants and groceries, easy access to public transport and highways leading to city center, excellent staff.

I stayed seven nights with my husband and two kids (2 and 7 years old). It was two days of work and five days of leisure. The front desk lady was very kind and went above and beyond to help us get a taxi at the last minute when Uber drivers refused to take us to the airport without car seats. She also issued me a special invoice upon my request with all the details. The room was spacious and airconditioned with clean bedding and comfy beds and pillows. Coming along with the smart TV with Netflix, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, tea-making facilities and toiletries. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. They have a shared kitchen (didn't see pots and pans though) to use for free if you need to cook and heat your food and laundry facility with pay. We didn't use the kitchen and laundry during our stay. They also drop you to the nearest train station for free which I misunderstood as a free shuttle to the airport. We mainly use public transport but they offer free parking spots. We just had to cross the road and walk 1-2 minutes to get the bus to the nearest train/tram station (approx 30-40 minutes via public transport to the centre and 30 minutes via taxi to the airport). Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Twin Towers Inn. Lots of wild birds to see.

Customer service was amazing - we had a 13+ hr flight to get to Sydney. We arrived early at the hotel and the person doing our check in allowed us to check in early. 15-20 min walk to the nearest metro stop. If you prefer to not walk, a bus stop is within couple of meters from the hotel. Great value for your money!

I love the convenience that it is near a metro station.

Interiors are so well done and location is perfect. Near a lot of shops that are open late; also near a lot of the bus stops and the metro station. Just perfect.

I like the carefully selected lights and the design of the rooms. The kitchenette was great. The most important fact selecting this hotel was that they provide free parking spot and there is a train station nearby, so we could go to the city by train.
