The room was lovely, large, clean, and nicely decorated. The king bed was awesome, and the mattress was soft and very comfortable. It was a very chilly night when we arrived and the heater had been put on in advance, which was really appreciated. There was even soft music playing too, which gave it a really nice touch. We ended up arriving later than originally stated due to unexpectedly bad traffic in the city, but the staff were great about it. In fact, the staff were great overall, very attentive and helpful.
