Great for family and very convenient location. Staff were very helpful

Room with a wonderful view. Walking distance from of most landmarks. Location location location. Good restaurant.

Hotel was very nice and location was really good. Stuff also very helpful. Really enjoyed

Everything was splendid, I loved it like I did 4 years ago that I visited, recommend it without a doubt

Extremely central location at one of the two main squares of the town. Even though Bruges is a small town, it was insanely cold during our visit so we appreciated the short walking distances. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and lovely. The hotel lobby is quite roomy and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. Our room was warm without being stuffy, and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of room to spare for our four pieces of luggage. Great lighting, lots of counter space, exquisite shower were all perfect for two female travelers. This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Stunning Hotel with Perfect Views! The lobby decoration is absolutely magnificent—truly grand and impressive! The location is also unbeatable, being so close to the Market Square. Plus, having a room with a canal view made the stay even more special. Highly recommended for the vibes and the view!

Location Friendly and helpful owner Friendly and helpful staff Excellent service

Excellent location and room. Bonus tip - do visit the first floor where Napoleon himself signed the declaration. Also super helpful staff - they sent a wine bottle to us on account of my birthday. Also the sauna and heated pool looked amazing - though I could not try it. Only downside there is no lunch or dinner restaurant available though plenty to places available nearby ... given that the location is outstanding.

The hotel is located in the very center, everything is conveniently nearby, clean, cozy, really liked it.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with extremely helpful staff. Excellent location, within walking distance of the city center and all major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

We loved everything about it. Room was beautiful. The bed is one of the best we have ever slept in. Loved the Nespresso machine, gorgeous coffee. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a lovely gesture. Conrad was so helpful checking us in, and even walked over to the car park with us to make sure we knew where to go. We were staying for my birthday, and the Suite made it that extra bit special. The directions to the Suites were perfect, we found them with no problem. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything and being set right on the canal was magical. Will definitely be returning. Thank you very much. Sharon and Graham Tanner.
