This place was great. The staff was very helpful. there is limited parking so I suggest you book that in advance. Breakfast was great as well. also have to book day proir. they have a nice restaurant and bar area outside. located in a park in the middle of town. walk to everything.

Love this hotel! Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. This is our second time visiting and we shall be back! Easy to get to the centre of Brugge from here too. Rooms: Incredible rooms, big enough. There are refrigator, hair dryer, shampoo and enough towels. The beds can be controlled by a remote and very comfortable. What to do: The city of Brugge is a great city with Unesco-Peotection. Also the Blankenberge beaches must be great at summer time Safety: It's so safe, the building is in a nice neighbourhood and away from other houses. At night you can only access the hotel with your room card. Walking: Walking around the lake in a walking path was amazing. Just keep your jackets on :) Eats and drinks: The breakfast was amazing! Glutenfree options, vegan options and also lactosefree options was also included. And there's great %100 orange juice :) Other: The lake-view is amazing and worth the extra money for a lake-view room.

Nice place with lots of green and nature, feel peace of mind, very nice stay and the city is nearby I really enjoyed my stay with my little doggie it was beautiful 😍

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of the action. Just a 5 minute walk to the stunning Minnewater park and Lake of Love. Get up early before enjoying the lovely hotel breakfast and stroll the area before the crowds arrive. So worth it!

We booked a budget room with a canal view and it was STUNNING. Such a spacious room with large ceilings, tall windows that open up so you can get the fresh air and drink your coffee on the window ledge in the morning. It was such a beautiful view. The staff were so kind. The location is perfect! So close to so many beautiful and precious landmarks, it truly felt like a fairytale. The waffle house is only a couple of doors down, which has amazing savoury waffles for breakfast. There’s also a torture museum and a witchcraft museum right down the street which were very interesting and knowledgeable, and when you buy tickets for both you get a discounted rate. There’s tons of chocolate shops on our street, and a tin tin gallery as well as other art galleries. The lounge/bar in the basement of the hotel is very nice as well! Very cool down there, it feels like you’re in a cave under water. And the drinks and service are great. There’s really great restaurants just across the street, and the belfry and the historium are in the square (market) just 2 minutes away from the hotel door. The location couldn’t be better. We could see the townhall from our room, and everything was just so surreal and serene. I would absolutely stay here again. They also give you discounts for a bunch of attractions in the area when you stay with them. We forgot to use the discounts lol, but it’s still worth noting :) absolutely loved our stay. Check in and out was also very easy and smooth, and after checking out they took care of our bags for us while we did a few more touristy things before getting our train out. 10/10 don’t hesitate booking!

Everything went excellent, it’s a really nice place to stay a lot of days, they offer breakfast, the place has really comfortable facilities, and is really close to Al the city center. Totally recommended, if I return to Brugge, I’m will stay at this hotel.

Newly renovated modern hotel at an excellent and central location. Very good breakfast! Modern, spacious and functional room with toilet separated from the bathroom. Reception is open until very late.

Everything. The location was perfect as we could walk to all the important sites. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We wish we had stayed longer to try out their restaurant.

The staff is very attentive. The location is quiet and well placed. We were initially disappointed that our old favorite hotels were booked, but the Pand has become our new favorite hotel far and away. Comfortable, quiet, cozy, caring, quality, pleasant, warm, friendly are all words to use to describe our experience.

The room was great, with tall ceilings. The bathroom was huge, almost the size of the room itself. Everything was clean and nice. The interior of the hotel, and the rooms, are uniquely designed. Their breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazingly hospitable. We absolutely loved our stay there.

A beautiful hotel right on the canal in a perfect location to take in all the sights

The property is beautiful, which is a 16th century house, and retains many of the original historic features such as the exposed beams and exterior facade. The interior is tastefully refurbished with marble mantlepiece and period decor. The location is fantastic, it is a short walk from the Grote Market, the city center, and also Rozenhoedkaai, a picture perfect spot overlooking the canal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bar was a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing, with a good selection of local beers and a warm fire.
