Beautiful, immaculate, fun location in Liberdade (Japanese neighborhood), staff were extremely kind and attentive, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, overall highly recommend!

I have staying at L’Hotel PortoBay São Paulo, off and on since 2011 and I have always enjoyed the experience. The hotel is manages with the utmost professionalism and the staff are friendly, well informed, and always “go the extra mile” for their guests. The location of the hotel, just off Avenida Paulista, is close to outstanding restaurants, cultural amenities, and public transportation. I will be back next year for sure, se Deus quiser.

The location seemed good, though I didn’t explore much around the property, so I can’t fully comment on the surroundings. My room was quiet and peaceful, likely because I had requested a quiet room—but it didn’t have any view, which was fine for me. Breakfast was fairly average, but it did the job and kept me going for a day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and worked well throughout my stay. Staff didn’t speak English, but we were able to communicate effectively through WhatsApp, which helped bridge the language gap..
