everything was great ! amazing view, comfortable bed and pillows, everything is clean, great location. The guys at the reception are very kind, I have not seen this even in 5 star hotels. Thanks a lot! If you come to Zermatt then only in this hotel!

We love the location and view of the Matterhorn. We like that there is a free shuttle to and from the rail station, and everything it's easy to get to. We also like the pizza restaurant that's just a block away. Staff friendly and breakfast is great.

2nd time here. A perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate after a Materhorn ultraks marathon. Amazing view to Materhorn from the pool and rooms. The incredibly welcoming, accomodating people at the front desk.The dining was a culinary delight. The wine from the nearby region. Superb breakfast.
