The team is very helpful and tried their best to make one of the rooms available as quickly as possible so that we can check in and get some rest. A good surprise that one of the Christmas markets was just in front of the hotel. Another plus point - a clean and cosy laundry shop located just within 5 minutes walking distance. (Just be mindful of its closing time - 8pm)

Very well located and easy to reach by foot, you will pass by the famous bridge if you walk from the train station. The hostel is surprisingly well decorated and the lady dorm is very big and clean, bathroom and showers are super clean as well and looks very modern. The building is quite interesting since it was a former prison!

This property is ideally located in the centre of Lucerne, within walking distance of transport links, major sightseeing opportunities, and many lovely eateries. The staff went above and beyond in every sense to facilitate our stay- genuinely exceptional service from before our arrival right through to our day of departure. The rooms were bright and pristinely clean, and the facilities of the pool, hot tub and sauna were a welcome bonus addition after a day spent in the snow on local mountains. Considering typical costs for accommodation in Lucerne it was very reasonably priced.

Excellent location. Few steps away from the bus station. The hotel gave us a pass to use to get downtown. Gorgeous city. People were super friendly!

This is one of the best stays I've ever had. It might not seem a lot from outside. The owners hospitality and kindness was amazing. I would definitely come back again.

Loved the location, right in the middle of the old town. It was a room for 1 with lots of character. Very comfortable and had everything you would need for a great stay!

It is a really nice hotel in an amazing place. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had lots of fresh choices due to work I had to skip the Prosecco with the breakfast. I definitely stay at this hotel next time I need to be in Luzern

The location is perfect! Our room (Honeymoon Suite) has a veranda where we had a complete view of Lake Luzern and Chapel Bridge. Below our hotel are bars and restaurants. I love the Saturday open market! Its also very near the shops. I will definitely book again in the future. The only thing i didn't like is we had a difficult time locating it. After we checked in, we were directed to another building where our rooms are located. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel.

We were a family with a kid. Our room has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Room size was perfect. Room decoration, bedding, bathroom were just having luxurious tast and amenities were full option ( body wash and body lotion for kid that was very thoughtful ). Breakfast was delicious and good food quality. Hotel staffs were very friendly greeting us with pleasant. Location was great close to everything bunch of restaurants, shops and close to Chapel bridge.

The location is very good, being next to the river, giving access to the heart of Lucerne.

It's a fantastic hotel. Room 308 309 was big compared to European standards. Great location, and the hotel has a certain character about it. Friendly staff there was really nothing to complain about.
