Hotels near Baburizza Palace, Valparaíso

Location was great. Restaurant is delicious too! Staff was excellent.

The best location for one to enjoy the scenic Valparaiso city as everything is walking distance from the hotel.

The place ítself, the wonderful view

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse. Es una casa muy hermosa, la habitación tiene una vista maravillosa. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado.

The people at the front desk were very helpful when I asked where to find things I absolutely loved the location. I can't imagine any hotel having a better location in this city. The view of the ships from my room was amazing. There was I fairly large grocery store one block away! I went there all the time. There were restaurants and a nice park within three blocks. Ice cream cones! Pastry shops! I was also very close to the pier. I kept taking taxis places and soon I learned that a lot of the places I wanted to go were within four or five blocks!. Also my room had a wonderful bathtub! There was only one problem and that was that my debit card did not work when I got there. I used my debit card probably 30 times on my trip around South America and this was the only place where my debit card did not work no matter how hard they tried. Then they told me because I wasn't paying with US dollars I was going to be taxed quite a bit higher. That was frustrating because how was I to get US dollars when I had been traveling for so long??. I really think the problem was the hotels and not my problem. I called my bank and they said there was no problem on their end. I really think they should have paid that tax out of their own pockets rather than mine because they clearly had a faulty machine.

Great accommodation option in Valparaíso, well-located.

Everything, this place is incredible.

Charming and very friendly staff

Great location, friendly staff, fabulous room

As with all ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, this one gives you exactly the same as every other and exactly what I expected: Basic room stay with a clean comfy bed and bathroom Everything OK and staff members super cool as always

Great old place on the main square for a great price.

What a nice surprise and the selection was super and ambiance really great.

Our room, the staff, the house, the ample and excellent breakfast, the garden, the parking!

Location for walkability excellent. We had sea view rooms with amazing views of the harbour. Charming old hotel with excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

I'm trying to find words to describe this place and their entire team. From the first contact I could feel attention and concern for us. When we arrived Catalina welcomed us so well that we were impressed. She told us about the city with a tourist map and helped us understand a little about it. I am so grateful for this special experience! Thank you people.

Everything! Staff is phenomenal in every sense possible! Clean, Friendly, spacious…Fernando, Marta and helper ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE!

The host, Paula!! She was top notch - so helpful, knowledgeable, kind & took time to help us with our trip planning despite being very busy! The ambiance was lovely!
