The customer service was excellent! They have animals on the premise which adds to the experience. we enjoyed our stay and wish we would had have more time to enjoy it. The breakfast was excellent too.

The best place if you want to relax close to the nature but in spacious comfortable rooms. The personal was the best, helpful and caring. It was one of the best hotels in Colombia for us. Great restaurant nearby and not far from the thermal baths. Easy access by bus or taxi.
