The proprietors, Mrs. Dia, Mr. Nicos,, Mr. Zenon & Mr. Christinos were very welcoming, amiable, caring and accommodating. The staff-Robert, Vesna, Sylvia, Danica, Nikitas, Kristina, Alex, Pambos, Vicky, Ana, Christos, Valentina, & Dita -were truly kind-hearted, lovable, attentive, helpful and so considerate. Both the combination of all the proprietors and all the staff truly make the overall experience of the entire stay perfect. The lobby sitting areas in the evening are stunning with candles all around creating a warm, elegant , cozying air and lighting effect. Similar effects can be found throughout the beautifully decorated hotel adorned with flowers, candles, vases & paintings of horses. The lighting emanating from the pool area in the evening adds to the to the well thought of lighting throughout the property. The rooms comfortable, the breakfast abundant, the service impeccable. Highly recommended boutique hotel.

Everything good really. There was always someone at reception, no crowds even at busy checkout time. - bare wooden floor in the rooms - love that. It’s so much cleaner than the usual carpets. And feels better in the summer. - good food as part of room service. - the view of the mountains is nice.
