We have an amazing stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, especially Martin ( many thanks for your help with booking 1 more night in your hotel). We stayed in separate house with garden and it was like living in the country! Our child liked it greatly. Breakfast was good enough. It was clean. Teapot in the room so you can make tea and coffee capsule machine in the room. The staff even put water without gas, paying attention we have kid. Many thanks for treating us in this manner.

The hotel is rustic and cozy, on the ground floor there are complementary coffee, pastry and water which can be taken and enjoyed in the saloon or the terrace. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is big and the cleaning is done every day. The reception staff is very friendly and competent in advising you regarding attractions or restaurants. There is a dedicated room in which you can securely leave your baggage if you checked-out and still have a couple of hours to spend. Very good location to start exploring Prague, hotel in modernistic building, the room was good size and clean, some welcoming gifts, when you travel with a dog there are some lawns 200-300m away (keep right, then left!), very good service (thanks Veronika for her help and kindness), tasty breakfast with a lot of Chech products, they offer also "filter coffee". Free parking in the blue zone.

Hotel Waldstein is located in the most attractive part of Prague, surrounded by Prague Castle and just a few steps from Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square.

Stayed more than once and it is always the same pleasant experience. Great location - very quiet, 5min walking distance to tram, underground metro station and the Charles Bridge - one of the main sights of the city. The staff (reception desk, breakfast room, cleaning ladies) - they were all very VERY nice.
