The hotel itself is charming and very well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and great attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day, and we also received incredibly helpful tips about the city and local events, which made our experience even richer. We felt personally cared for throughout our stay—something that’s hard to find these days. Hotel Residence Agnes is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you’re truly treated like a guest. Excellent location. Family room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was really great, scrambled eggs, hot sausages, cheeses, salads, yogurts and so on.

We loved this hotel. From the moment I made the booking you could feel how much they care. I received good instructions and also good information about parking, etc. They truly welcome you in the hotel, staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect since it is located in the center having at the same time in front of it, a big plaza where you can park (for an extra fee). All very convenient. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. All was arranged with care. Everything worked. Breakfast was also very good. The pictures are accurate. It is to me a beautiful hotel. We will definitely come back.
