The hotel itself is charming and very well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and great attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day, and we also received incredibly helpful tips about the city and local events, which made our experience even richer. We felt personally cared for throughout our stay—something that’s hard to find these days. Hotel Residence Agnes is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you’re truly treated like a guest. The staff's warmth and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. Upon arrival, Natalie and a colleague facilitated a smooth check-in process, generously sharing invaluable tips about Prague that greatly enhanced our trip. During checkout, Anna and Elisna were equally helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful check-out gift—a small magnet that I cherish. The hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of Prague's top attractions, was a major plus. The complimentary breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options, exceeding our expectations.

The location just being over the bridge meant it was quiet but only a 15 min work from the main square in the old town. The hotel is newly refurbished with room 2 having an excellent bathroom, comfy beds, great amenities and the Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and all the way up to 10:30. .
