Location, cleanness, nice staff

Everything! The location is close to Rotes Rathaus, Museumsinsel, Alexanderplatz. The room and shower are clean and new.

What's a beautiful time everybody was so friendly just so you know there's a hostile down the street if this is a little too much for you I thought so at one point in time that I'm glad I spent the money here beautiful hotel fifth floor and I got to observe everything from my balcony

This property was truly outstanding. Staff was super helpful and nice, I got an upgrade for a super nice suite. Also other requests (e.g. printing some documents, getting some advice) were immediately fulfilled. The room was not just clean and very spacy, it also had a perfect view on the river Spree, including a balcony to sit outside in the sun…

Excellent location. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff from reception through restaurant team to cleaning team. Very quiet given its location in centre of town. Great decor. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices.

As with every other Motel One we've stayed at, this location delivers exactly what it promises - clean, comfortable rooms, a fantastic location, welcoming staff, and convenient access to everything you might need.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Our stay didn't include breakfast. The coffee machine at the reception was very handy :) Convenient location close to metro station.

It was really good experience to stay there. Bathrooms are so clean and the stuffs are soo friendly and helpful. The price is the best among other hotels and the location of the hotel is so close the center of the Berlin. Thank you so much for hosting us😊

The location is perfect. The staff are incredibly helpful and assisted me with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and satisfying. It’s definitely worth the money. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Amazing location, great staff, and clean and comfortable

Location was great, clean modern specious room,bed was separated by a thick curtain, two toilets in the suite. Coffee machine was special and fun to use. Breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel Berlin. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The staff were especially attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant was excellent, and room service was equally impressive. The location simply can't be beat! You're just minutes away from Museum Island and Alexanderplatz, and with multiple transportation options right on your doorstep, getting around the city couldn't be easier. The rooms were quiet and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful linens that made for a truly restful night's sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on our next visit to Berlin.

Location and design of the room

Accommodation was perfect for the price. Very good location, close to most of the major sites and cafes. . Staff v friendly and helpful. Free coffee in a small dining room overlooking a courtyard was a nice touch. We got pastries and had breakfast there. Got train from Airport to Hauptbahnof central train station and walked from there to Martas. 20 min walk

The room was not so large, but it was very clean and confortable. .
