Very friendly reception staff, very helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. Paying a bit extra for a room with a view over the river is well worth it, the view is fantastic. Great location to walk into the town centre or across the river. Easy to reach the hotel by car from the autobahn. Clean and comfortable, good sized room.

Stayed here to explore the old town and visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a bakery across the street. Perfect location! The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage until our train left. The hotel was so nice and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

    Great location next to the Bismarkplatz and Heidelberg Old Town, very easy to walk around to major sights. The room itself was cozy but well furnished, with easy to use AC and a nice view of the river. Breakfast being included automatically was very welcome as well. Also, staff are incredibly helpful and although I didn't speak German, I never had trouble communicating with them.

    Location is great right in the Heidelberg old town. The rooms' air conditioning worked wonderfully. The hotel provides luggage storage. The breakfast was very good with many good options for meat eaters and vegetarians (cooked peppers and onions, sausage, eggs, etc.). My room was a premium room with a view of Heidelberg Castle.
