Our stay was part of our honeymoon and when we arrived and mentioned this to the hotel’s staff, they were so happy to accommodate us during this visit and they upgraded us free of charge from a side Nile room view to a full facing Nile river view which was an amazing gesture. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Maviey and Clara for their support and help while my wife was feeling a little ill as they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, along with their best wishes; their support helped so much as well as the consistent daily fruit baskets which were sent to us and really helped my wife feel better. Everybody who works at the hotel is so friendly and caring which is very rare to see these days even in 5 stars hotel. Another thank you goes to Marianne who gave the best possible massage experience on an almost daily basis to my wife. Her back and neck pain has been alleviated thanks to the perfectly performed Swedish massage sessions. This hotel might just be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, it is clean and tidy with constant great service from the reception and inside the restaurant whose employees are always cheerful and welcoming. Both my wife and myself would like to thank the entire hotel staff for providing us with the best experience in Egypt, it was our pleasure to have stayed for 2 weeks in such a beautiful palace with such a friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely perfect hotel and staff! We have been traveling in Egypt for 2 weeks and that was The Best Hotel! Can recommend it and we are checking this chain in our next locations! Perfect operation, staff, food, view and such a positive vibes there! Incredible and unbelievable value for money! We had amazing personalized experience! Special thanks for guest relation Svetlana which organized little details for celebrating birthday there and made it special! Highly recommend to visit Lebanese restaurant, food is truly exceptional, try special of the day, chef Yehya is the most amazing person we met in Egypt! Thai restaurant as well was great! Cocktails in the bar are high standard and staff are fun to be around! Just want to say thank you to this place for our experience! ❤️ You all made it so special! P.S. Sunsets are the best from here

    Visit the museum when it reopens at 8pm.

    Visit the museum when it reopens at 8pm. It's not overwhelming like the national museum in Cairo, but it has numerous important statues and other artifacts taken from sites around Luxor that you view during daylight.

    Absolutely super museum. Beautifully laid out and presented. Not huge, but that allows you time to really look at the exhibits. One tip: be careful about opening times, and don't necessarily believe the opening times you read on the internet!

    The Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor was spectacular. The property is very clean and very large with beautiful pools and nice shops. The location is gorgeous, very close to the Luxor Temple and Luxor Museum. The hotel Nubian restaurant’s breakfast buffet and the Lebanese restaurant’s dinner were both great. Our room was spacious and spotless. The fruit basket in our room on arrival was a very nice and appreciated touch. The balcony was huge and had an amazing view.

    The property was well located between Karnak temple and Luxor temple. The Luxor museum was two blocks away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Buffet breakfast was huge with many choices. My room overlooked the Nile and I could see the early morning hot air balloons in the sky. It was a short walk to the public ferry to get to the Westside. Price was reasonable.

    The stuff was very nice and helpful Decent breakfast. Very cozy balcony. Very good location! The location is on the other side of Luxor museum, over the Nile and you have a very nice view from the hotel You have boats to cross the Nile exactly in the front of the hotel and it is very cheap and the trip is nice and very short. Pay attention the correct price to cross the Nile with a private boat is 1 Eur for 2 persons, keep in mind because the boat's guys will ask for 3 times more. Free parking in the front of the hotel
