Excellent location, very customer oriented staff both at front desk and the morning breakfast buffet,, great breakfast, beautiful grounds and respite for busyness of touring, beautiful swimming pool area, excellent value for money. Only suggestion would be to have coffee/tea facility in the rooms.. highly recommended.

Our stay was part of our honeymoon and when we arrived and mentioned this to the hotel’s staff, they were so happy to accommodate us during this visit and they upgraded us free of charge from a side Nile room view to a full facing Nile river view which was an amazing gesture. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Maviey and Clara for their support and help while my wife was feeling a little ill as they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, along with their best wishes; their support helped so much as well as the consistent daily fruit baskets which were sent to us and really helped my wife feel better. Everybody who works at the hotel is so friendly and caring which is very rare to see these days even in 5 stars hotel. Another thank you goes to Marianne who gave the best possible massage experience on an almost daily basis to my wife. Her back and neck pain has been alleviated thanks to the perfectly performed Swedish massage sessions. This hotel might just be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, it is clean and tidy with constant great service from the reception and inside the restaurant whose employees are always cheerful and welcoming. Both my wife and myself would like to thank the entire hotel staff for providing us with the best experience in Egypt, it was our pleasure to have stayed for 2 weeks in such a beautiful palace with such a friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is an institution, a timeless classic inside and out. From majestic architecture to truly inspiring interiors. This is a place to stay if you want to feel and for a couple of days live in the glorious past. The professionalism of the staff, especially the restaurant host Rashedy is hardly matched by any new fancy hotels. Thank you all for the worm welcome and great service!

Family stay at the Spring Hotel located at the Luxor’s East bank. Wonderful stay with amazing views of the Nile River and treat sunsets. The accommodations were were great and the food was excellent prepared by both the hotel’s chef “Mohammed” an excellent cook and the hotel owner’s wife who made the best bread and cheese! The entire staff were warm and accommodating. Hajj the hotel owner and his manager son Moustafa made us feel comfortable and cared for so far away from home!

The location is really excellent, near the ferry dock on the West Bank of the Nile but away from the crowds. The staff were really helpful, and the prices for arranging tours are fair.

    The staff was very helpful, they were kind enough to spare a room with private bathroom although I booked a room with a shared bathroom. The room was big and had basic facilities, the Wi-fi was great,and the hotel is really close to the Luxor train station and Go Bus station, which is all I needed for a stay for only a day. I believe the hotel is great if you're arriving Luxor on your own.
