Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great facilities. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from High Street and about 15 minutes to the train station.

Had a last minute’s accommodation change and was so glad when we arrived at the KM hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be my first choice if I’m every back in Edinburgh

I absolutely loved this hotel! The interior design is bold, immersive, and full of character, yet everything works together in perfect harmony. It creates such a unique, vibrant atmosphere that makes the stay feel truly special. The location is fantastic, directly across from the train station and just a few minutes’ walk from the old city center. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return. This experience definitely made me want to try NYX Hotels in other locations as well!

The hotel is conveniently located, 2 minutes away from the Royal Mile. They have the fast check-in and check-out and the process is very fast. The room is clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Overall, this was a very good experience.

The whole hotel was decked out for Christmas, which was beautiful! It felt magical! The room was gorgeous and so spacious! Felt like a very special place to be. The staff were so attentive.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Edinburgh. The staff were exceptional—highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming throughout. Their service was attentive without being intrusive, and they consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of hospitality at a high level. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very appealing. The interiors, décor, and general atmosphere are stylish, classy, and well thought out, creating a comfortable and refined environment. Overall, a very enjoyable and high-quality stay, with only minor room for improvement in the culinary experience.

Our room was absolutely glorious with huge windows overlooking the cobbled street which was lined with a stunning row of trees on the opposite end. Couldn’t ask for anything more. It was perfectly clean too.

The location was great, the room was tidy and clean bright. There was a coffee machine in the room, which was great. The common areas were well kept. The self check out is straightforward if you follow the instructions.

The Inn was in the best location, a short walk to all the main areas in Edinburgh. The bar downstairs had a live musician every night which was fantastic and provided a really nice atmosphere. Would love to stay here again!

Quality hotel in the center of city. We had very nice clean room and breakfast was awesome. Not the cheapest but on this level they rarely are
