Great location, very serviceminded personell.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location

Super Stay, very luxury ,very comfy, high class personal, super location near Tower Bridge. Will allways come back here. Only good feelings

I had a deep bathtub in my room, which allowed me to take a bath twice after a lot of long walks in the city. I loved it. Also, the room was spacious and very clean, with complementary water. The hotel is at a short walking distance to Tower Hill station on the Circle Line and also very close to the Metropolitan Line (8-10 minutes) in the opposite direction. I wanted to make a reservation again on my way back from a visit in the North of England a week later, but the prices were too high. I'll check again next time!

Everything was excellent as always

Everything was perfect the staff too, we were able to leave out baggage untill the rooms were ready and after checkout so can visit some more without carrying it around.

The welcoming was excellent, and the check-in process was very fast. The rooftop open bar gives a nice view of tower bridge and London tower and can take super pics with these in the background.

The location and value for money

Great accomodations. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The kitchen and bathroom were always clean. There is a washing machine that is free and a dryer for which you have to pay a few pounds totally worth it cause you get clean clothes without looking for a laundry shop. Everything was great!

Very good place to stay and good value 👍

En-suite. Bathroom contained washing machine. Lots of space. Large bed.

Perfect location. Staff was nice and very helpful.

Super friendly and helpful blonde lady helped me check in, and even when I arrived before check in time was super accommodating, got me a coffee and made me comfortable. Room was quiet and cosy with settings to adjust lighting. Slept like a baby. Location was 2 min walk from my office and the Tower of London. Great little breakfast. Would highly recommend for any type of London trip.

Location, a very functional room and the breakfast was really good.

I really loved everything- the staff, the room, the breakfast. The location of the hotel is also great.

The view and location 10/10, definitely would stay here one more time.

Room with a lot of space!! It was well located, 1min walking from the Tower Hills underground station. The crew is very nice and helpful

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was also within walking distance of the train station and stores.

The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is very professional. From the minute we walked in we felt very welcome. Dipanjan at the front desk was not only one of the friendliest receptionists I've personally encountered but also very helpful in recommending good restaurants / cuisine. The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the Towerhill underground station and 5 minutes away from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. There's also a hop on/off London tour bus stop across the street which is very convenient. Already looking forward to our return to London!
