It is better than imagine and picture listed on the booking. The inside is completely new remodeling. Very cozy and facility is quite new. Worthy for the money. The hotel facing to the lake/Bay.

I think they'd over booked the standard rooms as we arrived so we were given an upgrade to an executive room which meant a balcony overlooking the canal locks and a direct view of Ben Nevis. The hotel was clean and quiet. We'd definitely stay again.
