Friendliness of staff and their good heart for allowing us to put our luggage while waiting for our flight

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and ready for us after a small hiccup.

Location right on the park in a nice quiet area. Very close to metro station Room is quiet ,clean ,with good A/C system ,the bed comfortable .There is good restaurant on the ground floor .The staff very friendly including the restaurants .Fast WIFI

The rooms were simply but effectively furnished, I would highlight the location of the accommodation near the metro, the staff was extremely helpful, they stored our luggage after check-out, provided a taxi to the airport, the accommodation is close to a busy street with grocery stores, pubs... we were really satisfied

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 days. The location is great, with a very beautiful park close to it, metro stations, bus stops, restaurants and conveniences. The room also suited us very well, with a comfortable bed, a quiet and renovated place. The best part was the service from Ahdi, the receptionist. Since the first day, he treated us with great cheerfulness and attention, he made us feel safe and we could always count on his advice.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast had everything you needed. Perfect location for a city trip, tube station at only a few minutes. Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. I can highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing location! The bedroom also offered a fair comfort level considering the prices in London (in resume, a nice bed and a good shower). The staff was very helpful when requested. Also, the breakfast was incredible!
