Location excellent and breakfast was very good. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Marius made are arrival very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, and the staff is the most accommodating, welcoming, and generous hotel we have ever experienced! They all (particularly Emma) treated us like royalty.

Everything!! Prestonfield is MAGIC. The beauty of the property, the service, all of it is next level. I have stayed there twice and will only stay here in Edinburgh. There really are no words to explain how amazing this place is, you have to actually experience it.
