Great location for walks and surrounding attractions. Lovely grounds and beer garden(s). Breakfast choice was excellent, and restaurant food did not disappoint. We were really well looked after by the staff and would certainly book again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Service and breakfast were excellent. Ideal for a stopover on a Scotland tour. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is very close to the town center hence ideal to explore the culinary delights Perth has to offer.
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, set in a 15th century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, reception area and Lounge Bar.

Great hotel, nice room, great bar, decent location
This hotel is beside the River Tay, a minute from Perth Museum and Horsecross Concert Hall. Rooms are en suite and many have views of the river and the hotel's award-winning gardens.
Great location.
Friendly staff.
Excellent breakfast.

Very central and lovely staff who were very helpful
Traditional full English breakfast was really "full" - excellent. Fantastic hosts; very kindly the owner gave us a lift to Scone Palace (it was Sunday and public transport was a bit scarce). The dinner recommendation proved to be excellent: one of the best Indian restaurants we ever visited.
Everything... lovely place to land :)))... the staff always very friendly & most helpful, the food- the meals were amazing yummy... special thanks to the chef!!... the outdoor area/relaxing surrounds & views... the bar also had an amazing selection of drinks...& the cosy sitting area in the reception was esp very ambient... & the location very close to Scone Palace, Scone & Perth...
the owners were very friendly and helpful, the room very clean, comfortable beds. we had the room facing the road but traffic slowed at night and had a good nights sleep.
The breakfast was very good and served hot.
Only about a 10 minute walk into town with nice parklands alongside the river.
Only about a 5 minute drive to Scone palace and 40 mins to Dundee.
Welcoming staff to a solo traveller as I am, clean room, well priced bar menu, handy for sights such as scone palace, art gallery museum and branklyn gardens that I visited.
Stayed for one night mainly to see Perth and Scone Palace. The reception was pleasant quick and efficient. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The hotel was easily accessible by car and about 10 minutes drive from the Centre of Perth. We also drove to Edinburgh Airport in 45 minutes so the general location was good.
Good self catering property within walking distance of town centre and Scone Palace and overlooking River Tay. Good value for money and well equipped kitchen.
The room was nice and big.
The hotel is close to a lovely neighbourhood and hiking trail to Kinnoull Hill (stunning views). It is also close to the city Center, botanical gardens and scone palace. It is well centred.
It was a peaceful and quiet Property. It was a easy walk to downtown, 45 min walk to Scone Palace, and the owner told me of a local path to get an incredible view of the city. She was a wonderful host! Warm and welcoming
