Lovely single room, friendly staff!

The staff truly made all the difference. Every one of them was helpful, cheerful, and welcoming — not a single grumpy face, even though we probably had more than our share of requests 😄 We were celebrating my wife's birthday and decided to go for the birthday package they offered — and wow, did they deliver. For just £68, we got a beautifully arranged setup in our room with a cake, a birthday banner, a bottle of prosecco, and a helium balloon. A very fair price, if you ask me. But here’s the twist: in addition to what we paid for, they also surprised us with a room upgrade. It left us — especially my wife — feeling genuinely appreciated and cared for. We’ll definitely be coming back to this place the next time we’re in London.

Nice and cozy rooms. Even though it looks historic, the furniture is new and in good shape. Overall quite even though it is close to a very busy street. A lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly staff.

Location and comfortable rooms

Great place, and it is the best place which I have ever stayed

The staff was super super kind and very helpful, especially Ali. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Bethnal Green underground station, with easy connections to the rest of London. The room was very clean and came with a kettle for coffee, a TV, and a fan. Communication was super easy via WhatsApp, and if there was anything we needed, we could just call with no issues. Truly recommend this place!

The hotel location is terrific, near the tube and fancy area. 3 blocks away from the British Museum. The ground floor two-bed room is so big! The staff are all very friendly and professional. They solved my need and welcomed me. the lobby is next to it. 20 seconds walking distance.

Very nice hotel in beautiful and green quartier Bloomsbury. Price is reasonable, room confortable and clean, staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the interior style which realy suits to the ambient of the quartier.

The staff went out of their way to help us get our room as quickly as possible since we had just come off a transatlantic flight. They gave us a tour of available rooms to make sure we could choose one that was to our liking. The rooms are quite small but are extremely comfortable. There is an adjoining restaurant where one can grab a coffee, breakfast, or lunch.

Very clean and quiet place, with excellent location

The hotel location is vicinity of the Covent Garden, as well as restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was clean and appropriate for one person. The facilities were available such as an iron, microwave, and oven. The room was clean.

Really friendly and professional check in staff, super stylish and very comfortable interiors, absolutely excellent location. I did get a really good price on Booking.com so don’t know whether I can usually afford the hotel, but it is definitely worth the money if you can.

Staff were incredibly helpful, lending us an umbrella and giving us directions. Bed was very comfy, lovely big soft towels and nice bathroom products. Would definitely come back again!!
