Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Location. Tea/coffee/kettle. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We left bags in the hotel for free to tour the city.

It was beautiful, clean, and seemed newly refurbished. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I was even given an early checkin which was greatly appreciated.

    Don't know.

    Don't know. We were booked to sail down river through the Clifton Gorge. Couldn't get the parking sorted out in time, so missed it. Bristol Council: Please enable payment for parking with cards, not just coins or the Ringo app. Your policy is a mix of the primitive and the surreal (for someone who is a tech-challenged foreign visitor).
