The accommodation is in a perfect location, busy but not crowded, just a few steps from the metro and bus stops. The bar and restaurant are very nice, pleasant, and authentic. The staff is very friendly and cheerful, always having a few kind words for guests. The breakfast is great, and Archie's good vibes will always lift your spirits!

Staff was very friendly. The location was great, literally 8 min walking from the Big Ben and 2 min walking from the Waterloo station (the underground connexions are easy there). The rooms are small , but I have been staying in other hotels in London so it’s normal here haha. The rooms are clean, well equipped.

Location is good, Jubilee line is a short 3-4 minute walk, and Waterloo station is again 8-10 minutes walk, bus stop is just outside, so connectivity to the rest of London is convenient. Eateries are plenty, cafes and restaurants, stores like Tesco, M&S food....Breakfast is very good. It gets quite crowded at breakfast between 8 and 9 o'clock. The employees are very friendly and ready to help.

The location was close to everywhere. Hotel is in the central London waterloo where it is closed for multiple bus and underground stations. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice clean with amenities. Also the hotel has the laundry where you can do your own for a small fee just like any other coin machine.

Excellent location just a short walk from Waterloo. We arrived two hours early as we were attending a funeral that afternoon and staff kindly allowed us to check in so we could wash and change. Room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable (and cool), and had an amazing view of Waterloo station and the train tracks. En-suite had both bath and shower. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of hot and cold foods.

You must remember that since the Norman invasion of 1066, this has been the seat of common law for any country that broke away from England. And the architecture takes you back to another time. We also had the pleasure of being there within a very celebratory week--both the 200 year anniversary of Waterloo and the 800th anniversary of the sealing of Magna Carta.
