Location to Waterloo Station was excellent - just a few minutes walk. Staff at hotel were all so helpful & friendly. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out in a locked and well organised luggage room. Our room was lovely and so clean - with added bonus of small kitchen area. It was so comfortable and we slept so well after a busy day. We had a view of The Shard in the distance. Great value for money - Thank you

We loved that everything from the booking till the check out was very uncomplicated. Staff was friendly & we were super happy about the location - the bus stop is reached in 3 minutes and also waterloo station for trains or underground is reached in 5 minutes. That was perfect for our city trip! We also loved the location in general - lower marsh street is full of small bars, cafes and much more! Also we chose the room with window and got one to the backside of the hotel which was super quiet - we were able to sleep with open windows!

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great with good selection and good quality of the products. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and hard-working. The location is also nice, within a walking distance to Waterloo station, Big Ben and London eye. I would stay there again, next time too.

You must remember that since the Norman invasion of 1066, this has been the seat of common law for any country that broke away from England. And the architecture takes you back to another time. We also had the pleasure of being there within a very celebratory week--both the 200 year anniversary of Waterloo and the 800th anniversary of the sealing of Magna Carta.

We stayed here because it wasn't too far from Waterloo as we had tickets to see Streetcar Named Desire. The play was brilliant as the shows always seem to be.
