The rooms were so perfect. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed here to attend my university graduation ceremony the next day, and when I told this upon arrival, we came back to the room that evening and found they prepared a champaign bottle with a message card as a graduation gift. This was a very pleasant hospitality.

Honestly, all was great! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! We loved the interior, I think it’s nearly impossible to get a room with all amenities (so basically a studio) for such a price anywhere around this area. The room is spacious, perfectly equipped for a short stay. We appreciated the firm mattress so much! (it’s very rare to find in hotels!) Also, full sized shampoo, shower gel and lotion are much appreciated. Breakfasts are great for a short stay as well, we really appreciated fresh fruit and pastry, hash browns and poached eggs were delicious! :P Overall, the atmosphere is so cozy and enjoyable, the fact that you can hang out in the breakfast room area any time and have some tea, coffee water is nice. Also, we’ve never seen a hotel organize cute parties with free appetizers, beer and wine (every Monday-Wednesday evening if I’m not mistaken). It was simply delightful! 100% would recommend. 100% would stay here again.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Waterloo station with amazing views across to Big Ben. Lots of attractions and food options near by, it made for a great base for our stay. Concierge was great, and the luggage store is fantastic.

Perfect! Everything that you need. Comfy bed, power shower, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee and tea sachets. A fridge, a hob, a toaster and cutlery etc all concealed in a wardrobe. The location is excellent with a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station and a fifteen minute stroll to Big Ben. The hotel is in the middle of a thriving street with wonderful pubs, restaurants and shops. I am so pleased to have booked it and we will be back Staff are all amazing too.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many central attractions. A seven minute walk from Waterloo Station. The room was very comfortable, a good size and we had quite a special view of the London landscape. The staff were first class and extremely pleasant. Breakfast was included in our price and was of a decent standard with hot and cold options. Would be very happy to return and also very happy to recommend.

The hotel itself is nice, with a good interior en spacious rooms. The breakfast is also very good, with lots of choice. With both sweet and savory options and even fresh waffles. The location of the hotel is good, you are close to the London Eye and about 20 minutes walking distance from the Big Ben and Westminster abbey. Waterloo station is also really close. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is also a bonus.

Location for us is ideal - very close to our main station at Waterloo which makes travelling super easy with a young family. Easy to walk to from Waterloo - very close to Lambeth North to get on to all main underground routes too via the Bakerloo line. Opt for breakfast - this was a real highlight with lots to choose from.

You must remember that since the Norman invasion of 1066, this has been the seat of common law for any country that broke away from England. And the architecture takes you back to another time. We also had the pleasure of being there within a very celebratory week--both the 200 year anniversary of Waterloo and the 800th anniversary of the sealing of Magna Carta.
