The location is excellent for Central London. The staff were the stars - literally nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always checking that all was exactly as we wanted it. The rooms were lovely, and the beds sooo comfortable. Christmas lunch was understandably expensive, being 7 courses in a top restaurant, but for the most part was really lovely, A booking at the American Bar for Christmas Eve with a group of family and friends was an outstanding addition to the stay.

A lovely hotel just off of Trafalgar Square with everything you need around you. It's just minutes from Covent Garden and loads of great bars, pubs, and restaurants. The public transport connections are excellent from there too. We loved it and would definitely return!

Beautiful rooms and elegant hotel with a modern spin. Friendly and professional staff. Great location, but well designed so you don't realise you are in the center of London until you walk out of the hotel door. My 4th stay at the Londoner and it has become a firm favourite and a special treat when I am in London.

Location for us is ideal - very close to our main station at Waterloo which makes travelling super easy with a young family. Easy to walk to from Waterloo - very close to Lambeth North to get on to all main underground routes too via the Bakerloo line. Opt for breakfast - this was a real highlight with lots to choose from.

The location is a short walk from Waterloo and The South Bank. The studio was really clean and well equipped. The shower was powerful and kept a good temperature. It was easy to control the temperature of the room with the in room controls and extra plug in heater. The staff were very friendly. Earplugs provided though the train noise is barely noticeable, so I didn't need them.

Staff were on hand to help throughout our stay and were extremely professionally and helpful. We were given a welcome drink & accommodated with our room requirements (there were 13 of us needing a range of twins and doubles). Only took around 5 minutes to walk to Waterloo Station. The sky bar has amazing views. Beds were comfortable & rooms had lovely touches like coffee machine, biscuits and kits for our stay e.g. toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap etc.

Great location near Waterloo but removed from the very busy areas. The street is full of lovely amenities and cafes. Bar is open 24/7 and the manager was very accommodating for us (group of 4). The staff in general were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a smart use of space. Shower was great, good pressure and spacious. Bed was comfy too.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The bathroom was large and had a shower as well as a bath. Location was perfect for getting around the West End, and conveniently located next to Waterloo station. The restaurant staff and breakfast staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Plenty of choice for breakfast (buffet). Long queue for breakfast but it went very quickly. Plenty of lifts to all floors.

You must remember that since the Norman invasion of 1066, this has been the seat of common law for any country that broke away from England. And the architecture takes you back to another time. We also had the pleasure of being there within a very celebratory week--both the 200 year anniversary of Waterloo and the 800th anniversary of the sealing of Magna Carta.
