It is exceptionally convenient to the city walls and Ploce Gate, and Banje Beach was just a very brief walk away. The apartment was impeccably clean and the kitchen has all the tools and equipment you could want for cooking. The Wi-Fi was strong and secure. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the shade as well as the very sunny patio facing the city and sea. It's an old building, so do not expect modern features. Spacious, comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. Tip: by walking the walls at 8am from the Eastern Ploce Gate we avoided the throngs and almost had it to ourselves for an hour which was special. You enter Old Town through the Ploce gate take the first street on the right, walk up one flight of stairs and you are there. This is a bonus considering how many stairs there are in Old Town Dubrovnik. We had a very warm and friendly Wecome by our host, Kate. There is also a very good restaurant, Rosario, right outside the apartment door. There are many, many restaurants in Old Town Dubrovnik but Rosario is hard to beat.Guest review byBeverlyCanada
