Everything is fresh, new and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is a great value especially if you pay ahead of time at check in. We particularly loved the rooftop bar with a lovely view of Galway. There is a short but doable walk into the city center and plenty of taxis if that is what you prefer.

Great staff, beautiful art work, nice breakfast and it was cool to have a bar within the hotel.

The breakfast room was gorgeous - very open with views of the area. The staff were exceptional and dressed in the same uniform with bow ties. Nothing was a problem for these guys and everything with a smile
