Great location and exceptional staff. Room was very spacious.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The location was great. It was near so many restaurants and very easy to walk and sight see.

Good location for access to City and tour buses

Very convenient to the harbor and boat trips. Can walk to restaurants

The location is great, there are two bus stops (Bus stop #5 Harpa; Bus stop #6 The Culture House) within 5 mins of walk. The staffs are super nice, they gave good recommandations on what to do and where to visit.

The location was excellent. Next door was a grocery store and everything we wanted to visit was walkable or easily accessible via public transportation. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

The rooms were quite comfortable. Staff was amazing and the restaurants were really good.

Very good location, nice cozy hotel, good breakfast

The room and bathroom was clean and the vibe was great. The lounge area was comfortable and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

The location, rooms, amenities, all is perfect!

I loved the location. It is perfect for solo travellers. The room for one person is small, but cosy. I also liked the fact that this was the only hotel I stayed in Iceland where actually you can have a human relation with the reception. If you check in late you ring the bell at the door and a person gives you instructions. Everywhere else you enter a ghost place with some codes which you can easily forget when you are tired and this way can easily lock yourself out. This is something widespread in Iceland which I hate very much.

Maintaining cleanliness, they change the towels as well. Sink available in the room and there's a lot of toilet available. The location is great, there's a convenience store nereby.

I liked the convenient location near the city center, the cleanliness of the property, the availability of free parking, and the friendly staff who responded promptly to our requests.

Kind staffs and delicious complimentary cakes

Hotel Cabin provided everything we needed for a week long trip. it is centrally located so it makes it easy to book tours or drive out on your own.

Location in Central Reykavik with car park. Very helpful staff and facilities. The artwork and communal areas.

The location was very nice, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They had amenities in the kitchen and the place was clean. They offered ear plugs as well, but we didn't need them as it was not loud.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Very modern, clean, comfortable. perfect location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anybody and will definitely stay here again in future. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Everything was flawless from the customer service to the interiors, food and comfort of the bed. Felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. The location was in a lovely square about 10 mins from Rainbow street.

We liked the beauty of nature And the Iceland people

This hotel was truly a hidden gem in Reykjavík. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view that made our stay even more special. The location was also excellent, with all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Reykjavík.

Very nice hotel with friendly receptionists. The room was clean and upon arrival you can choose how often the room should be cleaned during your stay. The hotel is located in downtown with plenty cafes, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of walking distance. All the sightseeing sites like the rainbow street, the famous church, Sun Voyager or Harpa are in 10 minutes walking distance. In case you are planning to take the daily trips to see Island, there are 4 main bus stops (1,3,4 and 6) all within 5 minutes walking distance. I can only recommend.

The hotel is the best hotels i stayed during our two-week travel in Iceland. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room is reasonable size, and rather quiet as we were not sure about the noise since there are pubs and restaurants that are surrounding the hotel. But the staff are very friendly and accommodating our requests. We didn't have breakfast due to early check out.
