So free to visit the Chapel of the Holy Shroud and sit and look at the "box" the shroud is in and weirdly it is thought provoking - but there is nothing to see - apparently there are certain days in the year that the shroud is on view to the public as they have to ensure the world that it is still there - that might be a great day to go - but it is literally a few minutes of walking around the church in silence then you leaveGuest review byManning

It’s in quite a nice area of Turin and close to all the notable museums and centre. The hotel is a beautiful quirky building that is finished to a luxury standard. There’s 5 floors and on the 5th floor is a panoramic view of Turin. There’s a small gym, excellent outdoor seating area, bar, restaurant and reception waiting area furnished with a grand piano. The host also left some nice snacks for us. The location is awesome as it is close to museums and parks, churches, restaurants and cafes. The location is one block from all major attractions including the shroud of Turin. Great breakfast and insight parking. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The bath and shower are very dangerous for older travelers. No grab bars, high step in tub and no shower mat. The bar and lounge were not staffed adequately. Excellent breakfast.
