First, I was so surprised about the service, sorry i forgot the name of the manger who give us the best service I have ever experienced. I got engaged and he upgraded our room to the best room in the hotel, the facilities are so luxury and everything was so clean. I can’t explain how our visit in this hotel was so excellent and perfect. Thank you for unforgettable moments for all the staff!! You made my engagement surprise the best🫶

Everything is amazing - small hotel with cool interior design

The host and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. There was a wide choice for breakfast and the quality of the restaurant food was excellent, it was so nice not to have to go out and find somewhere to eat. Definite recommend.

Very confortable, and recepcionist so kind.

It was our first time using the train system in Italy and Kira was a 2 minute walk. Signage for the hotel was great. The entrance was unique as it has a covered walkway to the door. Upon arrival Jade greeted us and she was so kind , happy and helpful. Love the decor and all around style of hotel and the rooms are so big where you feel there’s more than enough room for you and luggage. Bathroom was very spacious.

Great facilities and the staff made us feel at home. We loved the sustainability aspect and love for the planet.

We had a problem with our window (didn't close) and they changed our room without problems.

Everything was clean and comfort. The staff were very polite and kind.

Very nice staff , helpful, i kept my luggage for 2 days and traveled to another city; thank you so much for your support and help..

A hotel with a good location and easy access to the center of Milan. Cozy, with very good service, small rooms with everything you need. They are quite clean as well. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive throughout.

The breakfast was very good. It had different options and the food was very good quality. The room was clean and very good quality. The location had several stores and restaurants nearby. It was quiet.

Room is nice for 4 family members. 2 adults and 2 children. Food is superb.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was lovely and quiet. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade as well.

The hotel is located in a residential area with good connections to transport and main sights of Milan, but the most exceptional part of our stay was the concierge Serena. I was sick during most of our stay, and Serena was so thoughtful and kind - even doing us the extra favor of meeting a food delivery person at the front door and bringing it up to our room. There is a very lively Saturday market on the piazza just outside the hotel, as well as many good restaurants, takeaways, and gelato shops.

Location: 9/10 Great location that's well-connected and within easy reach of many nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for exploring Milan without being right in the chaotic center. Rooms & Amenities The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay – everything felt thoughtful and high-quality. Breakfast The breakfast was a highlight: delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh and tasty choices that set a great tone for the day. Great helpful staff, Thanks for the wonderful stay

I had an amazing stay at San Guido Hotel in Milan — the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at this year. Everything was incredibly clean, and the room was cleaned daily without me having to ask or pay extra. The water pressure was perfect, always warm, and the room temperature was cozy in the evenings and throughout the night. Breakfast was great, with a good main selection, delicious coffee, and wonderful pistachio croissants. The staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful. I even ended up sleeping 12 hours one night because the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. The room was spacious, smelled lovely, and the location is conveniently close to the city center with easy access everywhere. I will definitely choose this hotel again anytime I visit Milan. Highly recommended!

So clean, great nice staff and they always laugh at you. Amazing location, extremely delicious breakfast. Very comfy bed. Hot water in bathroom. In conclusion what ever I say, will not describe all my great experience in Zara hotel. Many thanks to hotel manager as well as lovely staffs. Hope to see you soon
