We have stayed in this hotel several times so now it feels like home. The staff welcomes us with so much joy and care. We know most of them by name and they are all wonderful ! We love to stay in this hotel, the facilities and the rooms are great, location is prime! Right in the center of Palermo so we walk everywhere. The restaurants are excellent as well. The hotel is an historical landmark and it shows. The lobby, the bar, the restaurants, they are all beautiful. All the different rooms we have stayed in have been beautiful, with very large bathrooms, closets, welcome sweets, etc. When in Palermo we don’t give it a second thought. We stay at des Palmes !

I loved my stay at Palermo Inn Boutique Arte!! From the time I checked in, to the time I left for my flight to Switzerland, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! I would really like to thank all of the staff, but especially, Pietro, Giuseppe, Flavio, and my driver, Alessio. They made my stay in Palermo memorable!! Thanks again!!
