    We were on the fifth floor, so we had a wonderful view. The staff was nice, it was clean, and comfy bed, it has all your essentials. When you come back from a long day of exploring, it's so nice. Also, that was the side less touristy (but a nice easy 15 min walk to Piazza San Carlo), so it had really great restaurants that met our budget and expanded our taste buds.

    The location right on Piazza San Carlo cannot be better. The windows are well insulated so there is not much noise. It's especially quiet at night. The room is on the fourth floor and has dormer windows and a skylight. You climb up two steps to get a view of the square.

    The suite with a kitchen was very large and had a little balcony overlooking a courtyard. Being right in the Piazza San Carlo was the perfect location. The hotel is on the 4th floor and the staff was wonderful, including g contacts befire and during my stay.

    Very near Milan Porta Nuovo railway station. Several tram and bus lines nearby, but the Metro was closed for repairs all August. Good restaurants nearby, even in mid-August. Modest walk to Piazza San Carlo, about twice as far to Palazzo Reale and Piazza Vittorio Veneto (but in different directions). A/C worked well, we used both kitchen and clothes washer. Quiet.

    Perfectly located near Porta Nuova, taxi rank, rental bikes, La nuova Bottega Guido Gobino, and relatively close to Caffè Fiorio, Piazza San Carlo, Ristorante Marechiaro, among others. Nice, classic bed room with balcony overseeing Gardino Sambuy and Porta Nuova, very good bed, perfect sanitation including toothbrush and toothpaste (!). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended for 1-person, 2-person trips.
