Great location and very comfortable, stylish rooms. The staff/ service is also exceptional — on the last day I had a half a bottle of wine I wanted to finish and the team gave us glassware to enjoy it in the dining area.

this was one of my best stay in Torino and the staff all of them was amazing I need to that Marco at the reception that give me support in some shopping needs and handle for me a purchase great vive and professionalism in the SPA and great service for the valet and as well great Barman for late evening drinks

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cordial, specially Francesco. The location is excellent, in the center of Turin. The parking, although it's private is located below the hotel, the price is 25 euros per day. Breakfast is OK.

Very clean, well maintained, there was always someone at reception desk to give assistance, breakfast was wonderful and all staff were kind, always welcoming people with a smile. This hotel is a totally different experience from any other hotel: you can feel that it is well taken care of and that there is love and dedication into making it a good experience for guests. And.. really good cappuccinos in the morning breakfast :)

    Super comfy and clean. Kitchen is well stocked, if you need it. Location directly at the Piazza Vittorio Veneto is ideal if you want to discover the town by foot and indulge in Torino's nightlife! If you have sensitive sleep, maybe you should request rooms facing away from the Piazza. There can be quite some partying on the main streets. But for me, it did not matter much. And if you need another argument: The Po river with a nice quay to stroll along is just a 2 minute walk away!

    Very near Milan Porta Nuovo railway station. Several tram and bus lines nearby, but the Metro was closed for repairs all August. Good restaurants nearby, even in mid-August. Modest walk to Piazza San Carlo, about twice as far to Palazzo Reale and Piazza Vittorio Veneto (but in different directions). A/C worked well, we used both kitchen and clothes washer. Quiet.

    Fantastic location, directly opposite the film museum and walking distance to the shopping area and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Plus points for having an aircon in the apartment and the car park inside the compound. The host was friendly and helpful. Good stay in Torino.

    The location was perfect. There were lots of restaurants, bars and very easy access to public transportation. The Mole Antonelliana, and the Piazza Vittorio Veneto were about a 10 min walk away. The Piazza Vittorio Veneto is magical at night.
