Very clean and modern hotel with everything you need. I really appreciated high temperature in the room since it was cold outside. The location is perfect, you can also find a bike station nearby. The breakfast was fine. The coffee was not very good though. Maybe it would be better to choose another brand of coffee. in the room there were neither coffee nor tea but you can ask the receptionists to give you a kettle free of charge. People at the reception were very nice and polite. All in all a very good deal especially for this particular region. Much better to stay here rather than in overpriced Venice where you will have to carry your bags to the train station (which sucks) and catch a ferry for that (8 euros one way ticket).
