Very modern, contemporary, design hotel. New, clean, inspiring. A large lounge area, with different types of seating, suitable even for business calls. Smart management of all devices. Very pleasant location, on the promenade by the river, under the alley of greenery.

By far the hotel we’ve ever say that. From the rooms, the location and the staff everything was fantastic. Definitely returning here and definitely recommend to everyone.

Good location we walked to all the major tourist attractions and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. In the room the shower was amazing and bed was comfy. The staff were knowledgeable of the area too and gave us guidance for our short stay.

1. Very comfortable spacious and very clean rooms with a beautiful and functional design. 2. Small but well-equipped fitness center. 3. Good location of the hotel. 4. Breakfast with quality products. 5. I especially liked the staff team. Professional, friendly young people are at the reception and in the restaurant. 6. Although the hotel is small, it has a TV with channels for every taste. We extended our reservation for several more days with the hotel almost completely full. Manager Sylvia made every effort to solve this problem. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend it!

Great location & friendly staff

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is located in a quiet part of Trastevere with tons of nice restaurants and bars all around. The standard rooms are small but very comfortable and the deluxe room is amazing, with a little terrace with a beautiful view. I prefer these little places to the big chain hotels and highly recommend staying here!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and clean. He had to request a shower chair and it was already there when we arrived.

I had a wonderful stay at Chapter Roma! From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive. The entire team made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. On my first evening, I was working quite late and asked for my room not to be serviced the following day. Despite that, the housekeeping staff kindly came by just to make sure everything was okay for me, which I found very thoughtful. I was also served a cappuccino by a lovely young woman who, I believe, is Italian but speaks excellent French, a small detail that made the experience even nicer. A sincere thank you to the entire team: reception, service staff, and the breakfast team, who were all consistently kind and welcoming. Another detail I really appreciated was the terrace. I think it's not yet fully open for the season (spring/summer I guess) which is normal (so drinks and service are not available yet), but the weather was lovely and I enjoyed working there on my laptop and taking a few work video calls in the fresh air. The hotel is also perfectly located. I was able to explore many of Rome’s most beautiful landmarks on foot, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Vatican, and the charming Trastevere neighborhood just across the bridge. Before leaving, I also left a small note on the notepad in the room to thank the team. Hope they found it :) THANK YOU! Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and loved ones.
