Hotels near Ginza Wako Building, Tokyo

Location, Muji asthetics, comfy beds

Great location, wonderful amenities, clean room, and very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and our room was ready and we were granted late checkout and were able to store our bags there until we were ready to leave Tokyo. Also nice that there was a water dispenser available for use.

The location was perfect, in a quiet street in the best part of Ginza, close to the subway and access to airports. Walking distance from Tokyo Station. The room was comfortable, and the extra amenities provided at the Lounge floor, were a nice detail. Nice bed, good air conditioning, nice shower. Also, there were extra supplies as described on the hotel website. Easy check in /out with express checkout too. I would book here again, no doubt !

Great location and great breakfast.

Exactly what you need for a few nights in Tokyo. Centrally located, clean, comfortable.

Very clean. The room size is small, but comfortable

Wenyi was an amazing staff member. She was so friendly and helpful. I would have been lost in Tokyo without her recommendations. Her English was exceptional.

The location was extremely convenient to all the amenities. Room was tight, but cozy and provided a minifridge and microwave. Check-in and Check-Out was very simple.

Excellent location less than a min from train station. Very clean area. Great staff.

I love our stay at tokyu stay Ginza..clean, room quite small but just nice for the two of us, friendly staffs and whats make me happy bec inside our room, got washing machine and drier.makes life easier 😆 Tokyu stay central at Ginza's heart and easy access, closest to the station 🙂 recommended people to stay here! The sentō. I didn’t know it was available onsite. I truly enjoyed it.

Location near 2 exits of the train stations , near all shops required and reachable from every where

We enjoyed everything about our visit. The staff was communicative and responsive before we arrived and was wonderful while we were there. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would return in a heartbeat.

- Amazing location - Has many nearby subway stations - Staff were remarkable and always strived to help and assist with our needs - Room was clean, tidy, and comfortable - Daily housekeeping was a huge plus. They also would do the housekeeping after 12pm if you were a bit late, which some other hotels would not offer.

There was staff that spoke English and even one Spanish speaking staff member that made things very easy for my wife who only speaks Spanish. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
