The Peace Memorial Park and Museum are a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast had a large selection of choices for Japanese food, with enough items that appeal to a more Western diet. We had a queen bed, and there were an additional two futons in the closet. Nice kitchenette. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom area. This location is close to the stadium yet very quiet. Hiroshima station is an easy 12-15 minute walk with wheeled luggage. Peace Park, Hiroshima Castle, and Shukkeien Gardens are all within a 30-35 minute walk. Plenty of places around to eat. We stayed in a private room for two people but bunk beds are also available. The owner was very nice and spoke excellent English to us! The location is very convenient it is only one train stop away from the main Hiroshima station! It is also very close to Hiroshima castle and the Shukukeien garden. On top of that, there's a convenience store right besides the entrance of the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about how to get around and what to see as well.
